How Tools Are Selected

The tools featured on The Design Sphere Pro are selected based on their quality, usability, and relevance to the creative community. We focus on tools that:

  • Offer a strong user experience and professional-grade functionality
  • Are widely recognized and trusted within the industry
  • Introduce innovative features or solve meaningful design challenges

Our goal is to maintain a valuable and reliable resource for designers, developers, and creatives.

Submitting a Tool

If you’d like to add a tool to The Design Sphere Pro, you can submit it here. Please include:

  • A short description of what the tool does
  • A link to its official website
  • The most relevant category

Submissions are typically reviewed within 1 to 3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on volume.

Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and you can track the status of your submission anytime through your dashboard.

Claiming a Tool

If you are the creator or an authorized representative of a tool listed on The Design Sphere Pro, you can claim ownership to ensure its details remain accurate and up to date.

To claim a tool:

  • Click the "Claim" button on the tool’s page.
  • Verify your ownership by providing an email address associated with the tool’s official domain. (For example, if claiming a tool hosted on figma.com, your email must be registered under @figma.com.)
  • Once verified, you will have access to update descriptions, links, and other relevant details to ensure the tool’s information is accurate and up to date.

Reporting a Tool

If a tool has outdated information, a broken link, or is categorized incorrectly, you can report it for review.

To report a tool:

  • Click the “…” button next to the tool’s name.
  • Select “Report” from the dropdown menu.
  • Choose a reason for your report:
    • Broken link – The tool’s website or resource is no longer available.
    • Wrong category – The tool is listed under an incorrect category.
    • Outdated details – The tool’s description, pricing, or other information needs updating.
    • Other – Any additional issue not listed above.
  • Provide any relevant details before submitting.

Reports help keep The Design Sphere Pro accurate and up to date.

User Accounts

Anyone can create an account, which provides access to the dashboard. From there, users can:

  • Submit new tools and track their approval status
  • Manage claimed tools
  • View submission history

If you submit a tool while logged out, an account will be created automatically so you can manage your submissions.

Tool Visibility & Promotion

While we don’t use a ranking system, tools may be featured periodically based on community engagement, relevance, or editorial selection.

We also offer promotional opportunities, including featured listings and advertising placements. If you’re interested in increasing visibility for your tool, visit our advertising page.
